Technique (Ages 7-10)

This class is designed to strengthen a dancer’s overall technical foundation across all styles. Dancers will focus on flexibility, strength, balance, turns, leaps, body alignment, and control through targeted exercises, conditioning, and drills that improve precision, performance quality, and injury prevention.
